As we all know October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We all know someone whether it be a friend or family member who has been affected by Cancer in some way.
One XGN member is looking to do his part in helping raise money for a great charity. XGN Kaizen a 1CPT in Serenity GoD, will be hosting a 24 hour stream dubbed, “Macmillan Game Heroes 2018”, on his personal Twitch channel to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, one of the largest charities based in the United Kingdom.
A little background on Macmillan; registered in England, Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, Macmillan is one of the leading charities that supports cancer patients, survivors, and their families. They provide a large network of support from the time of diagnosis to the time of remission and more. They provide a range of information from Physicians, research, support to speak to and vent, even offering benefits advice for those financially affected.
Kaizen’s stream will take place Sunday October 21th, at 12pm UK (5pm EST) and last for yes, a full 24 hours. Some of the games played will be Black Ops 4, Forza Horizon 4, GTA V, Overwatch, Rainbow 6, Fortnite, PUBG, and more.
Kaizen’s goal is to raise 100 pounds ($130 US) by the end of his stream, he has already even raised at least 40 pounds at school! One dollar, one pound, even 1 penny will make a difference. All donations received will go directly to Macmillan Cancer Support, and we hope you will all join in!
