Squad Spotlight: Panther, Reign of Death! By XGN Oreo 7

Hello Gamers and Readers!

I have got the honor of writing a squad article on one of the oldest squads in the division Reign of Death, Panther. Previously run by an outstanding Co Founder XGN VampireMyst she gave the ropes over to the new General of Panther, XGN Talith Tac. Panther has been around for more than 3 years and originated in the first World of Tanks division, Dealers of Death. Now in RoD through them splitting years ago Panther is still growing and standing tall, even through the many bumps in the road they have faced over the years.

Reign of Death being the division that has brought up many leaders we have today, XGN HELL5FURY 7 Cheif Operation Officer, XGN Capo VII Senior Director and XGN RUFIS 7 another Senior Director. Panther is in the division that has brought up all the successful leaders we have today, one would say this squad has a lot to live up to.

With a level CMS number of 49 members, Panther has an amazing number regarding the ups and downs that they have faced in XGN. Panther has been known to be a squad where “everyone is treated as a family and we work as one.” per the General of Panther, XGN Talith Tac.

I managed to get some time with the hard working General of Panther XGN Talith Tac to ask some questions about Panther and their plans for the squad in, Reign of Death’s division.

How is it being the General of Panther, one of the oldest squads in RoD?

XGN Talith Tac

“It is a honor and privilege to be the General for Panther, it’s a lot to get used to at the beginning.”

What are your organisational tricks in Panther?

XGN Talith Tac

“Well for mostly everyone has there own ways of doing it for me, I just have it all sectioned out in my own way.”

XGN Oreo 7

What are your aims for Panther’s future?

XGN Talith Tac

“My aims for Panther are to get more quality members that want to work with the squad and the division.”

XGN Oreo 7

What has been the toughest bump in the road Panther has faced while you have been in Panther?

XGN Talith Tac

“The rumors and the drama that goes on at times, but it is still an interesting experience.”

Have you got any tips or tricks for any of the Generals out there on running a squad?

XGN Talith Tac

“Um listen to your squad at times when you want to, or if it seems like you need to during meetings. Do an open floor deal to where everyone can say things and put rank aside so that people can say things without worrying. So that you can know your squad better and it helps if there is a problem that is going on and were there worried about rank.”

I would like to Thank XGN Talith Tac on taking time out of their busy schedule for answering my questions, and on behalf of the News Team we hope that Panther has an amazing and growing future.

As well as the General of Panther I also managed to get in contact with one of their Master Sergeants, XGN SQUIRE RoD. In his General’s words XGN SQUIRE RoD “He is a good member to have.” Someone would suggest that he is an amazing member of the team in Panther.

How is it being in Panther RoD?

XGN SQUIRE RoD

“It was fun at one time way back. I must admit it is not that fun anymore for me, but in their defence, I got a new job, I work 6 days a week, so I am only online during the mornings Monday-Friday. Sundays are mine.”

How much has changed in Panther since you joined?

XGN SQUIRE RoD

“We were a tank squad, we played tanks everyday, we used to compete against other squads for fun. I used to look at Panther as a second family, now all I see are strangers.”

XGN Oreo 7

What was your first squad in XGN?

XGN SQUIRE RoD

“I have been in XGN a long time. My first squad was Conqueror DoD.”

XGN Oreo 7

What would you like to see change in Panther?

XGN SQUIRE RoD

“I would like our meetings to go back in the training rooms on tanks, for starters, I would to see us unite as a squad.”

XGN Oreo 7

As a Master Sergeant is there any tips you might have for other Master Sergeants?

XGN SQUIRE RoD

“Yes! Just be yourself, show respect but if your trainee disrespects you in any way during your training session. Get ahold of your Officer, and refuse to train the trainee.”

I would like to Thank XGN SQUIRE RoD for taking time out of his day to answer my questions.

On behalf of the whole News Team and XGN we would like to wish Panther a successful future, and one day we hope they split.

Thank you to you readers out there and I hope that you have an amazing day 🙂
