So now back to what we are really here for, the new games coming to Xbox Game Pass February 2019! These new titles started hitting Game Pass as of February 7th, and we start with Shadow of The Tomb Raider. Originally released in Sept. 2018, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider continues the events (two months later) of 2015’s Rise of The Tomb Raider.
Next up joining Game Pass alongside Tomb Raider, The Walking Dead: Complete First Season by Telltale Games. Can you believe it has been 7 years since the first episode release of this game? Robert Kirkman, the creator of the original Walking Dead comics, even provided oversight to the game to help with correspondence of the game to the comic itself.
The 3rd game to join us on Feb. 7th, Pumped BMX Pro. A side scrolling game, where you can play through 60 levels, preforming trick after trick, with over 200 challenges. Taking a look at this game it actually reminds me of this game I’ve downloaded on my phone called Flip Trickster.
For those of you who are living that single life, or who may be spending their Valentine’s Day on the couch, spend some quality time with de Blob. Originally released in 2008 for the Nintendo Wii, the port for the Xbox One was released in November 2017. Be the Blob and help bring life back to Chroma City and the Raydians, all while avoiding the Inkies of I.N.K.T Corporation.
Once you wake up Friday morning, you will be greeted with the world release of Crackdown 3, no not just to Xbox Game Pass, the live launch of Crackdown 3. It’s been 9 years since Crackdown 2, and even then, Crackdown 3 was supposed to have been released 3 years ago. Set 10 years after the events of Crackdown 2, power has been killed around the world, playing as the Agency, gamers take down anything they can to destroy Terra Nova the organization taking over the city of New Providence.
Rounding out the month of February on the 21st, last but not least, Batman: Return to Arkham. Fully remastered and Xbox One X Enhanced, literally return to Arkham with Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Armed with all of Batman’s gadgets, head out to take down all of the legendary villains of Gotham.
My suggestion, charge up your controller, grab a metric crap ton of snacks & GFuel, and get gaming! These are some great titles, and just remember there are hundreds more on Xbox Game Pass!
