This week I had the pleasure of interviewing someone that I’ve grew through my XGN career with. XGN Throttl3 was recently inducted into the hall of fame and is someone that I’ve known since joining XGN. Being a former DR leader we’ve spent a lot of time together fixing issues and growing our division. I finally had a chance to get with him and ask him how he felt about his induction.
How long have you been in XGN?
“I joined back in May 2015 so 3 years and 3 months.”
What is your personal uniform?
“I am a Senior Director.”
What is the greatest challenge you have overcome in XGN?
“My greatest challenge was becoming Division Leader. At the time I was a Division Staff Founder, there was some circumstances that occurred which left me as the one they were looking up to in the Division. So a lot of members nominated me I guess you can say. I was told to go for it and I did.”
What’s something that motivates you to be the best leader you can be?
“Probably my position. I have many people that look up to me or count on me to make decisions which I hope helps them along the way.”
Were you surprised by being inducted into the hall of fame?
“Totally surprised I never thought about it really but when I was told I was honored to be selected into the HOF.”
What is your next step in XGN after becoming a part of the hall of fame?
“Lol I don’t know really. I love XGN, I hope to be someone people look up to one day.”
What advice can you give to those looking to move up the ranks?
“Honesty and teamwork work well with others treat people the way you want to be treated.”
Any shout outs you’d like to give to those who helped you along the way to ultimate glory?
“Yea I would like to shout out to XGN Stargirl who was the one wanted me to become Division Leader lol. XGN Hell5fury that trusted in me to be where I am today.”
You’re definitely a role model to everyone here or you should be. I know for a fact that you are to us in DR. This was a much deserved induction. Thank you for everything you do for XGN and I look forward to continuing working with you through the years, Congratulations!
