XGN AM Teams Guidelines
I. All XGN AM affiliated team members should read and follow the XGN Code Of Conduct. This includes sportsmanship in matches as well as all streams and videos posted under XGN affiliation.
II. XGN clan operations membership is a choice. If you so choose to participate in Community Ops, you will also need to follow the guidelines set forth for their day to day operations. Members are asked to have a working knowledge to that of a Staff Sergeant in community ops, which is basic detail of what XGN is, what the community stands for and leadership within the community. If you choose to participate in the community, please inform your squad leaders of any upcoming tournaments or team scrims that may interfere with a squad meeting.
III. Members of XGN AM should take pride in the organization that they represent. If you chose not to be included in community ops, please wear your team uniform proudly (in your motto/bio on Xbox or in the about me Section on PlayStation ex: XGN COOLEST TEAM). If you are a captain or co-captain of your team, feel free to include it as well. If you do decide to be a part of the community, you may add your team name to your uniform in the 2nd line.
IV. All changes to roster of teams, including adding or dropping players or substitutes should be dealt with in a mature and respectful manner. Changes should reported to XGN AM or XGN AM manager as soon as possible.
V. Any disputes within teams should be handled through the team captains as they are the leadership for the team. Should further help be needed, team captains should contact an XGN AM representative.
VI. Any forums of social media (twitter, twitch or any other streaming options) should be given to XGN AM to be used for dispersal of information and promotion of teams, streams and players.
VII. Team Sponsors/Team Managers/ Team coaches are accepted! These positions are not mandatory but some players enjoy them as a point of contact for possible Team Scrims and to provide outside support. If you choose to have a sponsor/manager/coach, please inform XGN AM.
VIII. XGN AM players are allowed (by not forced) to promote The XGN Community and XGN AM social medias in their streams/videos so your followers can keep up with your teams updates.
IX. XGN asks that teams find a night once monthly to attend a community game night/meet and greet. This is a great opportunity to show the community what XGN AM does and also gives AM players a chance to meet and play with the community that they represent. XGN AM will be in contact with various divisions of the community and will act as a liaison for these events.
X. Age requirements are stated in the Code of Conduct as 15+ for all teams unless you are a youth team where you must be 13+.
XI. Remember at all times that you are a direct representation of XIled Gaming Network. Be Proud and Play to win!!
